ITALIAN SAUSAGE RAVIOLI WITH MARINARA SAUCE

Ingredients

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Rana Italian Sausage Ravioli
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar Giovanni Rana Marinara sauce
  • 2 cup green peppers, cut into ¼ inch strips
  • 1 cup yellow onions, cut into ¼ inch strips
  • 2/3 cup black olives/ kalamata olives, pitted
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves optional

Preparation

In a large pan, heat olive oil. Add green peppers and onions, and sauté on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add Marinara sauce and black olives and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce. Add Basil leaves
