Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli with Old Bay, Butter and Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

  • One 9-ounce package Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli
  • Old Bay
  • 8 tablespoons (half a cup) butter
  • 1 Large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old bay
  • Juice of One Lemon
  • ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
  • Bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chive, finely chopped

Preparation

Cook the Ravioli according to directions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and saute until they soften and become translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley, Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice. Stir in the bread crumbs. Add the Ravioli to the Old Bay butter sauce, add chives, toss and serve immediately.
