In a large skillet, heat the oil with garlic on medium-high flame. After 1 minute, oregano and chopped tomato and sauté 4-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In the meantime, cook the Tortelloni according to package instructions and drain, reserving a spoon of the pasta cooking water. Add Tortelloni to the skillet, toss gently for 1 minute adding a spoon of the cooking water. Divide Tortelloni among plates and serve.
